Need help? here are some useful things to remember:
Rocky Mountain Striping applies a high quality solvent based traffic paint on all its projects. If another paint is desired, the customer needs to inform Rocky Mountain Striping prior to completing the bid process. Solvent based traffic paint will be used if no requests are made
Our technicians will remove minor debris from the striping area prior to painting; however, Rocky Mountain Striping is not responsible for paint that does not adhere due to debris being present on the striping surfaces. Be sure to verify that all the striping areas are clear of dirt and debris before striping commences
Customers should remove any obstacles or objects that may inhibit Rocky Mountain Striping employees from applying paint. These may include, but are not limited to, vehicles, equipment, merchandise, displays, etc.
If Rocky Mountain Striping is unable to complete a project, due to objects that could/would not be moved by the owner, a minimum $50 travel fee will be charged to the customer per return visit. Return visits will only be made if the customer desires. Charges may increase depending on the distance to the project
